This diorama is a 120mm resin kit from Michael Roberts LTD. The kit is assembled and awaiting paint. After completion, it will be mounted on Padauk.

An American Sapper (Engineer) storms the walls of Chapultepec Castle during the assault on Mexico City. The Mexican-American War started with the American annexation of Texas from Mexico and ended with the treaty of Gaudalupe Hildago, which also added the areas of California, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho, and Arizona – roughly 1 million square miles – to the United States.
